Race instructions
	Tom outlined the hike options. Basically straight up the trail to the junction with Waiau, then 1) down Waiau or 2) take the Halapepenui trail, then cross back to Hapaki. Another option would be to follow John on a wider loop, perhaps adding a mile to the hike length.
