The pond, from way above
	OK, now I know 2007 was a clockwise hike. I took this photo after leaving the pool. The stream flows from middle right, makes a backwards U turn, of which two bits are seen here. The pond of the preceding photos is smack in the middle of this. From there the stream flows a bit to the right, then turns sharply left and exits the photo above left center.
