Malaekahana Lower Loop Hike 2013-06-26

It had rained here all night the night before, and I ran my windshield wipers pretty constantly on the way here hike morning. The trail down to Malaekahana Falls in particular, and even the trail up the ridge, were bound to be mud bogs. We decided to just do a short loop, clockwise, of the two ways (in one, out the other) to get to the Malaekahana Ridge trail.

"MalaekahanaLL" is this album's hike, but I have added two others for comparsion. Apparently 2012 was very similar -- it looks like we turned back early, but finished with a clockwise loop.
