The "up" of "up and over"
	There is a bit of a hill almost in the middle of the trail at one point. I had forgotten about it until someone reminded me that I had gone up and over it, instead of around the right-hand side, on a previous excursion here. I decided to go "up and over" again for old times sake. This is the main "up" part at 10:48.
